Return Policy

At Simply Health Pros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your durable medical equipment purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns

●     Timeframe: Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
●     Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Due to the nature of durable medical equipment, items that have been used or removed from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
●     Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered items, sterile products, or items sourced specifically on demand may not be returnable unless defective or damaged. Please check product descriptions or contact us before ordering.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at: info@simplyhealthpros.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

●     Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error by Simply Health Pros.
●     Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of non-defective items to cover processing and restocking costs.
●     Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at no additional charge.

Exchanges

●     If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model (where applicable), please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.
